We want you to be happy with HomeOfficeExp. This policy describes when refunds may be offered for Pro purchases.

Digital product

Pro is a digital upgrade that unlocks features in the App. Because access is granted immediately after payment, refunds are generally not offered, except in the cases below.

Payments

Payments are processed by a third-party provider (e.g., Paystack). Refund timing may depend on their processing times and your bank.
